It is with great excitement that Porsche Centre North Toronto announces its sponsorship of the Tullman Walker Racing (TWR) team in the upcoming 2017 Ultra94 Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Canada by Yokohama racing series.
“Porsche has long been synonymous with racing and Canada is home to many racing fans. Keeping true to that heritage and passion we are pleased to support Tullman Walker Racing in their first year participating in the Canadian series,” says John Cappella, Managing Director, Porsche Centre North Toronto.
Prior to joining the Canadian series, TWR has participated in the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge USA. Their team consists of four experienced and talented drivers, Steve Tullman, Jim Walker, Max Tullman, and Neal Walker. Racing in two new 991.2 GT3 Cup cars, TWR will join the strong field of Platinum Class drivers.
Tullman Walker Racing took delivery of their two GT3 Cup cars in December 2016 which were recently covered with livery featuring the Porsche Centre North Toronto and Tullman Walker Racing names. The bright blue colours and geometric design are sure to standout in the grid this year.
A proud supporter of Porsche Motorsports, Porsche Centre North Toronto wishes Tullman Walker Racing the best of luck in the upcoming series starting in May and running until September. The 2017 season kicks-off May 19-21 at the historic Canadian Tire Motorsport Park in Bowmanville, Ontario just 75km east of Porsche Centre North Toronto. Porsche Centre North Toronto looks forward to attending the races and supporting Tullman Walker Racing during this exciting racing series.
